摘 要:为有效应对黄河凌汛灾害威胁,开展黄河干流防凌调度模型系统研发。阐述了黄河防凌调度的基本原则、水库调度运用方式,以及模型的基本原理和计算流程。模型以流量演算为基础,逐日迭代演算方案,以达到逐步优化逼近调度目标的目的。构建了模型系统,实现防凌实时调度计算,为防凌工作提供技术支撑。In order to effectively deal with the threat of ice flood disaster in the Yellow River,the research and development of ice flood regulation model for the main stream of the Yellow River is carried out.The basic principles of Yellow River ice flood regulation,the way of reservoir operation,and the basic principles and calculation process of the model are described.The model is based on flow routing and iterates the routing day by day to achieve the purpose of gradually optimizing and approaching the ice flood regulation target.The model system is constructed to realize real-time routing for ice flood control and provide technical support for ice flood regulation.
