软土中浅埋顶管施工变形监测分析

摘  要:依托上海新建南联络线镇西路既有铁路过轨顶管工程项目,通过埋置相应仪器监测分析浅埋顶管在软土中顶进施工时对管周土体的位移、土压力和超孔隙水压力数值变化,揭示了软土中浅埋顶管施工对管周土体的扰动规律.结果表明:顶管施工所引起的地表沉降在纵向呈现不均匀沉降的特点,总体上呈现出离顶管轴线距离越近,沉降量越大的特点,且沉降速率在顶管前后达到最大;顶管施工顶进时对周围土体的扰动程度受顶管机头到监测断面的距离和测点土体距管片轴向距离影响.随着机头距离监测断面的距离变小,各测点的土压力、孔隙水压力和管侧土体水平位移都有明显变化,当顶管机头通过监测断面,各项变化有明显减少.距离管片轴线距离越远处的土体受顶管施工扰动影响越小.This study was conducted to monitor and analyse the displacement,soil pressure,and numerical changes in excess pore water pressure of the surrounding soil during the construction of a shallow buried pipe jacking project on Zhenxi Road of the newly built South Liaison Line in Shanghai.The monitoring was carried out by burying corresponding instruments in the soil.The study revealed the disturbance law of shallow buried pipe jacking around the pipe in soft soil.The results demonstrate that the surface settlement caused by pipe jacking construction exhibits uneven settlement in the longitudinal direction.The overall trend shows that the closer the distance from the axis of pipe jacking,the larger the settlement is,and the settlement rate reaches its maximum before and after the head of pipe jacking machine crossing the head.The degree of disturbance to the surrounding soil during pipe jacking construction is found to be related to the distance from the pipe jacking machine head to the monitoring section and the axial distance between the measuring point soil and the pipe segment.As the distance between the machine head and the monitoring section decreases,there are notable alterations in the soil pressure,pore water pressure,and horizontal displacement of the soil on the pipe side at each measuring point.Upon the passage of the pipe jacking machine head through the monitoring section,the magnitude of all observed changes is markedly diminished.The degree of disturbance to the surrounding soil is inversely proportional to the distance from the pipe jacking machine head to the monitoring section.
