摘 要:建筑工程施工涉及施工前准备、现场监测和施工后监理等多个方面,导致监控完成时间和复杂度显著增加.为此,提出基于BIM技术的建筑工程施工全流程监控方法.通过BIM技术获取影响建筑工程施工全流程安全性的人为因素、物体因素、环境因素和管理因素,通过构建的BIM平台采集建筑工程施工信息.根据采集信息和多个影响因素共同组成建筑工程施工全流程安全性评价体系,利用主成分分析和专家打分相结合的方式对各项安全性指标进行评价分析,并根据评价结果完成建筑工程施工全流程监控.试验结果表明,所提方法监控精准度高于93.41%,复杂度低于43%,减少了监控完成时间,实现了建筑工程施工全流程高效率、高精准度监控.Building construction engineering involves multiple aspects,including pre-construction preparation,on-site monitoring,and post-construction supervision.This results in a significant increase in monitoring completion time and complexity.To address this,a BIM-based full-process monitoring method for building construction engineering is proposed.BIM technology is utilized to identify factors affecting the safety of the entire construction process,including human,physical,environmental,and management factors.The constructed BIM platform is designed to collect construction-related information,and the collected data is then analyzed in conjunction with these influencing factors to establish a safety evaluation system for the entire construction process.The safety indicators are then evaluated and analyzed using a combination of principal component analysis and expert scoring,and the monitoring of the entire construction process is implemented according to the evaluation results.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method has a monitoring accuracy of over 93.41%and a complexity of less than 43%,thereby reducing the monitoring completion time and achieving efficient and high-precision monitoring of the entire construction process.
