摘 要:为了改善老城区的环境,提出老城更新中的建筑节能改造的BIM技术方案.首先采集老旧建筑数据,并基于采集的数据构建建筑信息模型,再结合其他软件对建筑生命周期能耗与成本进行分析.结果显示,对老旧建筑进行改造后,制冷能耗改善最大,改造前能耗为70930 kWh,改造后能耗为40896 kWh.基于BIM技术对旧建筑进行改造后的节能率超过了35%.该方法可以对老城区进行有效节能改造,降低老旧建筑的能耗,延长建筑的生命周期,减少建筑改造成本.In order to improve the environment of the old urban area,a BIM-based technology for the energy-saving retrofit of old buildings renewal is proposed,involving the initial collection of data on existing buildings,followed by the construction of a building information model based on the collated data.Subsequently,the energy consumption and cost of the building lifecycle is analyzed with other software.The results show that the refurbishment of existing structures yields the most significant reduction in cooling energy consumption,which is 70930 kWh before retrofitting and 40896 kWh after retrofitting.The energy-saving rate has exceeded 35%,which shows that the method proposed in this study is effective in carrying out energy-saving renovation of old urban areas,reducing the energy consumption of old buildings,extending their life cycle and reducing their retrofit costs.
