摘　　要：目的分析临床专科不同发展阶段中的资源特征与演化路径,研究构建与发展阶段相配匹的公立医院临床专科运营策略。方法根据组织生命周期理论,从临床、科研、教学3个层面构建医院专科发展解释模型,并分析其运营策略。结果将专科发展阶段划分为初创期、成长期、提升期和高原期,以递进式运营策略推动专科发展不断迈向更高阶段。结论专科需因地制宜设计策略,根据解释模型探讨公立医院专科的资源发展特点、与之相匹配的运营管理策略。Objective To analyze the characteristics and evolution path of resources in different development stages of specialties,and to study the construction of the operation strategy of clinical specialties in public hospitals that match the development stage.Methods According to the organizational life cycle theory,the hospital specialty development interpretation model was constructed from three aspects:clinical,scientific research and teaching,and its operation strategy was analyzed.Results The development stage of the specialty was divided into initial stage,growth stage,promotion stage and plateau stage,and the progressive operation strategy was used to promote the development of the specialty to a higher stage.Conclusion It is necessary to design strategies according to local conditions,and explore the resource development characteristics of public hospital specialties and the corresponding operation management strategies according to the explanatory model.
