摘　　要：中国-东盟国际警务合作是打击区域内跨境犯罪的重要路径,但因国际警务合作存在立法规范差异、互信基础缺失、警务数据失联、监管技术滞后、警务人才匮乏五重困境,目前警务合作进程并不理想。中国—东盟国际警务合作应着力推进警务合作共性立法、筑牢警务互信基石、搭建情报共享平台、提升技术助推合作及强化专业人才培养,推动中国—东盟国际警务合作向更高水平、更深层次发展。China-ASEAN international police cooperation serves as a significant pathway to combating cross-border crimes in the region.However,due to five dilemmas existing in such international cooperation,including differences in legislation,insufficient mutual trust,inadequate sharing of policing data,lagging regulatory technologies,and a shortage of policing professionals,the current cooperative progress is not ideal.To advance China-ASEAN international police cooperation to a higher level and greater depth,more efforts should be made to promote common legislation on police cooperation,consolidate mutual trust foundations,establish intelligence-sharing platforms,enhance technology-driven coordination mechanisms,and strengthen the training of policing professionals.
