摘　　要：目的系统整合肠造口术后患者性生活体验,为临床医护人员实施干预策略以及改善肠造口患者性生活体验提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library和中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库,收集关于肠造口术后患者性生活体验的质性研究。运用JBI质性研究质量评价标准评价纳入文献的质量,采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行整合。结果共纳入8篇文献,归纳为7个类别,并综合成3个整合结果:积极的性生活体验;消极的性生活体验;对性生活的认知不足以及缺乏性生活相关信息。结论医护人员应注重肠造口患者术后心理、社会支持,完善术后性相关健康教育,制定针对性干预策略,以提高患者生活质量。Objective To summarize the sexual life of patients after enterostomy,so as to provide references for clinical medical staff to implement intervention strategies.Methods Qualitative studies on the sexual life of patients after enterostomy were searched in such databases as PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Biology Medicine Disc,Wanfang and VIP.The quality of the articles were evaluated using JBI qualitative research quality evaluation criteria,while the results were integrated by the aggregative integration method.Results A total of 8 articles were included.They were grouped into 7 categories and integrated into 3 themes:positive and negative sexual experience,as well as lack of knowledge and information about sex.Conclusion Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological and social support of patients after enterostomy,improve the health education about sex after operation,and formulate targeted intervention strategies to improve their life quality.
