摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育精准连接系统对青光眼患者遵医行为、自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2023年6-11月在山西省眼科医院青光眼科接受治疗的100例青光眼患者为研究对象,将2023年6-8月收治的50例青光眼患者设为对照组,将2023年9-11月收治的50例青光眼患者设为观察组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用健康教育精准连接系统对患者实施健康宣教。比较两组遵医行为、自我管理能力和生活质量。结果干预3个月后,观察组遵医行为和生活质量均好于对照组(t=3.202,P=0.002;t=2.555;P=0.012);自我管理能力优于对照组(t=2.374,P=0.020)。结论使用健康教育精准连接系统对青光眼患者实施健康教育,有利于提高患者的遵医行为和自我管理能力,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of applying the health education precision connection system on compliance,self-management and life quality of glaucoma patients.Methods Totally 100 glaucoma patients treated in the department of glaucoma of Shanxi eye hospital between June and November 2023 were selected as the study objects.Fifty patients admitted between June and August 2023 were selected into the control group,while the rest were chosen into the observation group.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was provided with health education based on the health education precision connection system.After the intervention,the compliance,self-management ability and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the compliance and life quality of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(t=3.202,P=0.002;t=2.555,P=0.012),while the ability of self-management was significantly superior to the latter(t=2.374,P=0.020).Conclusion The application of health education precision connection system helps to improve the compliance,self-management and life quality of glaucoma patients.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
