摘　　要：目的对糖尿病患者电子健康素养的影响因素进行系统评价。方法检索国内外数据库中关于糖尿病患者电子健康素养的横断面研究,检索时限为建库至2024年6月30日,由2名研究人员独立进行文献筛选及数据提取,采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心的横断面研究评价工具进行文献质量评价,并定性分析、归纳与总结纳入研究的基本情况与结果。结果共纳入14篇文献,涉及糖尿病患者电子健康素养的影响因素29个,总结为人口社会学因素、疾病相关因素及网络使用和培训经历3个方面。影响糖尿病患者电子健康素养的主要因素为职业、文化程度、月收入、年龄、居住地及病程,次要因素为婚姻状况、医保类型、居住方式、糖尿病并发症、自评健康状况、健康信息来源渠道、网络使用频率、感知网络健康信息有用性,性别为尚存在争议的影响因素。结论糖尿病患者电子健康素养水平存在差异,医护人员可依据影响因素的贡献度优化护理措施,从而改善糖尿病患者的电子健康素养水平。Objective To evaluate factors influencing the e-Health literacy of diabetic patients.Methods Studies on e-Health literacy of diabetic patients were systematically searched in domestic and foreign databases with the time setting from inception till June 30,2024.Literature screening and data extraction were conducted by two researchers independently,and literature quality was evaluated using the cross-sectional research evaluation tool of JBI evidence-based health care center in Australia.Results A total of 14 studies were included,covering 29 influencing factors.All the factors can be summarized into three aspects of demographic sociological factors,disease-related factors,as well as Internet use and training ones.The main influencing factors were occupation,education level,monthly income,age,place of residence and course of disease,followed by marital status,type of medical insurance,mode of living,complications,self-rated health status,sources of health information,frequency of network use,and usefulness of network health information,with controversial role of the gender factor.Conclusion There are differences in the level of e-Health literacy of diabetic patients.Nursing staff can optimize nursing measures according to the contribution degree of different influencing factors,so as to improve them.
