摘　　要：三峡工程是保护和治理长江的关键性骨干工程,为实现百万移民安稳致富和库区经济社会有序发展,充分发挥三峡工程的巨大综合效益,2011年,国务院批复实施《三峡后续工作规划》。十余年来,规划实施取得了显著成效,有力保障了三峡工程“十大安全”,促进了三峡库区高质量发展,保护了三峡库区生态环境和地质安全。文章从习近平总书记关于治水重要论述蕴含的江河情怀、战略格局和发展理念等3个方面分别论述三峡后续工作的生动实践和主要成效,并总结了促进三峡工程安全运行和扶持库区高质量发展实施路径。The Three Gorges Project is a key backbone project for protecting and managing the Yangtze River.In order to achieve stable prosperity for millions of immigrants and orderly economic and social development in the reservoir area,and fully leverage the enormous comprehensive benefits of the Three Gorges Project,the State Council approved the implementation of the Three Gorges Follow up Work Plan in 2011.Over the past decade,significant achievements have been made in the implementation of the plan,effectively ensuring the“Ten Safety Measures”of the Three Gorges Project,promoting high-quality development of the Three Gorges Reservoir area,and protecting the ecological environment and geological safety of the Three Gorges Reservoir area.This article discusses the vivid practice and main achievements of Three Gorges Follow up Work Plan from three aspects,i.e.,river sentiment,strategic pattern,and development concept contained in President Xi Jinping's important discourse on water control,and summarizes the implementation path to promote the safe operation of the Three Gorges Project and support the high-quality development of the reservoir area.
