摘　　要：培育发展团体标准是2015年以来国家标准化改革的一项重要举措。发展团体标准能够充分释放市场主体标准化活力,优化标准供给结构,提高产品和服务竞争力,助推高质量发展。近年来,我国水利团体标准发展迅速,填补了标准空白,为水利事业发展提供了支撑。为贯彻落实《国家标准化发展纲要》等有关要求,进一步加强水利团体标准化工作,促进水利团体标准规范优质发展,研究探索并首次建立了《水利社团团体标准化工作评估指标体系(试行)》,对11家全国性水利社团开展了团体标准化工作评估,在此基础上提出了相关意见建议,以进一步提升水利团体标准质量和水平,为推动水利高质量发展提供技术支撑。Cultivating and developing group standards is an important measure of national standardization reform since 2015,which can fully unleash the standardization vitality of market entities,optimize the supply structure of standards,enhance the competitiveness of products and services,and promote high-quality development.In recent years,the rapid development of water conservancy group standards in China has filled the standards gap and provided support for the development of water conservancy.In order to implement the requirements of the National Standardization Development Outline and further strengthen the standardization of water conservancy groups,promote the high-quality development of water conservancy group standards and norms,this article explores and initially establishes the Evaluation Index System for Standardization of Water Conservancy Groups(Trial),evaluates the standardization work of 11 national water conservancy groups,and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions on this basis to further improve the quality and level of water conservancy group standards and provide technical support for promoting high-quality development of water conservancy.
