城市公园综合价值评估研究——以深圳湾公园为例

摘  要:城市公园是城市生态系统的主要载体,具有生态、社会及经济等多重价值。当前生态文明建设背景下,城市公园价值的认识及转化,对于现阶段城市治理具有重要现实意义。以深圳湾公园为例,基于生态系统服务理论和联合国千年生态系统评估系统,结合深圳市实际情况,构建由经济、生态、社会和文化价值4个维度、14项指标构成的深圳市城市公园综合价值体系。根据构建的指标体系及评估算法核算,结果显示深圳湾公园综合价值约为3.6亿元,其中社会价值(占73.23%)及生态价值(占16.89%)贡献显著,表明该公园既是维护区域生态平衡的核心空间,也是承载市民社会活动的重要载体。最后建议深圳湾公园深入挖掘文化价值,通过打造现代化都市风貌展示窗口、强化滨海湿地生态系统保护、推动“生态+文旅”产业融合三大路径,实现公园价值转化与可持续发展。Urban parks,as pivotal components of urban ecosystems,provide multidimensional value encompassing ecological,social,and economic benefits.Under the current context of ecological civilization advancement,understanding and transforming the value of urban parks holds significant practical implications for urban governance.Using a park in Shenzhen as a case study,this research constructs a comprehensive value evaluation system for urban parks.Grounded in ecosystem services theory and the United Nations Millennium Ecosystem Assessment framework,and tailored to Shenzhen's local context,the system integrates 14 indicators across four dimensions:economic,ecological,social,and cultural values.The evaluation results reveal that the park's annual comprehensive value reaches 360 million yuan,with social value(73.23%)and ecological value(16.89%)emerging as dominant contributors.This underscores the park's dual role as a core space for maintaining regional ecological balance and a vital hub for public social activities.Future strategies should prioritize enhancing cultural value through three pathways:showcasing modern urban landscapes,strengthening coastal wetland ecosystem conservation,and fostering integrated'eco-cultural tourism'industries.These efforts will facilitate value transformation and sustainable development.
