摘 要:针对兴盛露天煤矿实现双轮斗挖掘机原煤开采涉及的系统布置等开采技术问题,基于兴盛露天煤矿赋存条件与轮斗挖掘机作业特征,研究了双轮斗开采技术应用的可行性、工作线布置、带式输送机布置、开采方法及系统布置等,提出了兴盛露天煤矿双轮斗连续工艺原煤开采技术。结果表明:兴盛露天煤矿二采区单斜区域煤层倾角较缓、可采厚度大、煤层硬度低,全连续开采工艺具备可行性,可采用纵采方式及倾斜分层开采方法布置双轮斗挖掘机,配合东帮带式输送机布置方式可实现兴盛露天煤矿双轮斗下原煤开采。研究可为类似露天煤矿应用轮斗挖掘机提供一定的理论与实践基础。In view of the system layout and other mining technology issues involved in the imple-mentation of double wheel bucket excavator raw coal mining in Xingsheng Open-pit Coal Mine,based on the occurrence conditions of Xingsheng Open-pit Coal Mine and operational characteris-tics of the wheel bucket excavator,the feasibility of the application of double wheel bucket mining technology,work line layout,belt conveyor layout,mining method and system layout,etc,are stud-ied,and the continuous process raw coal mining technology of the double wheel bucket in Xingsheng Open-pit Coal Mine is proposed.The results show that the inclined angle of the coal seam in the monocline area of the second mining area of Xingsheng Open-pit Coal Mine is relatively gentle,the minable thickness is large,and the hardness of the coal seam is low.The fully continuous mining process is feasible,and the vertical mining way and inclined layered mining method can be used to arrange double wheel bucket excavators.Combined with the layout way of the belt conveyor at east side,the raw coal mining under the double wheel bucket of Xingsheng Open-pit Coal Mine can be achieved.The research can provide a certain theoretical and practical basis for the application of bucket wheel excavators in similar open-pit coal mines.
