摘 要:针对河南能源焦煤公司赵固二矿下分层巷道顶板破碎、锚固困难、易冒顶等问题,采用FLAC2D-PFC耦合数值模拟方法,分析了巷道围岩在分层开采条件下的应力分布及变形特征,巷道围岩存在显著的非对称变形,受矸石堆积和上分层遗留煤柱影响,顶板破碎严重。提出了注浆加固预控技术,通过注浆锚索注浆,填充围岩裂隙,增强岩体完整性和承载能力,确保支护结构的稳定性和适应性。应用结果表明,注浆加固预控技术可有效控制巷道围岩的变形,显著减少冒顶风险,延长支护结构的使用寿命,改善作业环境,为矿井的安全高效生产提供坚实保障。In response to the problems of broken roof,difficult anchoring,easy roof caving and others in the lower layered roadway of Zhaogu No.2 Mine of Henan Energy Coking Coal Company,FLAC2D-PFC coupled numerical simulation method is adopted to analyze the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock under the layered mining condition.The roadway surrounding rock has significant asymmetric deformation,affected by the accumulation of gangue and upper layered residual coal pillars,the roof is severely broken.A grouting reinforcement and pre-control technology is proposed,by grouting anchor cables,filling surrounding rock cracks,enhancing the integrity and bearing capacity of rock mass to ensure the stability and adaptability of support structures.The application results show that grouting reinforcement pre-control technology can effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock,significantly reduce the risk of roof caving,extend the service life of support structures,improve the working environment,and provide solid guarantees for the safe and efficient production of mines.
