摘 要:针对回采巷道围岩变形量大、巷道返修率高等问题,以石桥煤矿3301工作面下顺槽为工程实例,通过对高强锚网索支护方式进行技术上可行性分析,运用悬吊理论、自然平衡拱理论配合弹塑性变形支护强度理论计算等手段,对设计支护方案的合理性进行了论证,并采取现场钻孔窥视试验、拉拔力试验及扭矩力试验进行验证。结果表明:采用高强预应力锚杆配合长短锚索“梯度支护”技术,能够有效控制围岩变形,巷道支护整体完整性较好,满足回采巷道使用要求。In view of the problems of large deformation amount of surrounding rock,high roadway repair rate and others in the stoping roadway,taking the 3301 working face lower crossheading of Shiqiao Coal Mine as an engineering example,by conducting technical feasibility analysis on the high-strength anchor mesh cable support way,the rationality of the design support scheme is demonstrated by using means of suspension theory,natural equilibrium arch theory,and elastic-plastic deformation support strength theory calculation,etc,and on-site drilling peeping test,drawing force test,and torque force test are adopted for verification.The results show that the use of high-strength pre-stress anchor rods combined with long and short anchor cables"gradient support"technology can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock,and the overall integrity of roadway support is relatively good,meeting the requirements for the use of stoping roadways.
