摘  要:针对断层破碎带巷道围岩稳定性差、传统支护效率低的问题,以赵楼煤矿5311运输顺槽穿越FZ8断层带为工程背景,提出“机载前探梁动态支护+让压锚索协同控制”技术体系。通过优化支护时空协同机制,实现掘进后5min内完成临时支护,顶板离层量较传统方案降低62.1%,锚索破断率下降77.6%。现场应用表明,该技术使单日掘进效率提升41.5%,综合成本降低13.3%,事故率减少86.5%,为复杂地质条件下巷道支护提供了可复制的解决方案。In response to the problems of poor stability of surrounding rock in fault fracture zones and low efficiency of traditional support,a technical system of"dynamic support of airborne front beam+coordinated control of yielding anchor cables"is proposed based on the engineering background of the 5311 transportation channel crossing the FZ8 fault zone in Zhaolou Coal Mine.By optimizing the spatiotemporal coordination mechanism of support,temporary support can be completed within 5 minutes after excavation,resulting in a 62.1%reduction in roof separation and a 77.6%decrease in anchor cable breakage rate compared to traditional methods.On site application has shown that this technology improves daily excavation efficiency by 41.5%,reduces comprehensive costs by 13.3%,and reduces accident rates by 86.5%,providing a replicable solution for tunnel support under complex geological conditions.
