摘  要:针对瓦斯抽采钻孔设计和钻进过程中等存在的盲目、低效、智能化程度低等问题,开展煤层瓦斯钻孔智能设计与精准成孔技术联动研究,从钻孔智能设计、钻孔精准成孔等方面进行系统研究,开发了煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔智能设计系统和钻孔精准成孔技术,通过有机结合人工扰动情况下多场耦合研究成果与瓦斯防治领域专家的钻孔设计经验,进行钻孔设计,形成了一套智能钻孔设计原理与方法;采用三轴加速度传感器与光纤陀螺传感器实现轨迹的随钻测量。通过现场应用,智能设计软件的倾角、钻孔长度等钻孔参数更精确,通过煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔智能设计与钻孔精准成孔联动,设计钻孔与钻孔精准成孔技术反馈的真实钻孔轨迹对比,差异极小,能够保证钻孔的抽采效果,无需进行补孔优化。In view of the problems of blindness,low efficiency,low intelligentization degree and others in the gas drainage borehole design,drilling process and so on,research is carried out on the linkage between borehole intelligent design of coalbed methane and precise hole forming technology.Systematic research is conducted from the aspects of borehole intelligent design,borehole precise hole forming and so on,and a coalbed methane drainage borehole intelligent design system and borehole precise hole forming technology are developed.Borehole design is conducted by organically combining the research results of multi field coupling under the artificial disturbance situation with the borehole design experience of experts in gas prevention and control area,a set of intelligent borehole design principles and methods are formed;Using three-axis acceleration sensors and fiber optic gyroscope sensors to achieve trajectory measurement while drilling.Through on-site application,the intelligent design software provides more accurate hole drilling parameters such as inclination angle,borehole length and others.Through the linkage between borehole intelligent design of coalbed methane drainage and borehole precise hole forming,the designed borehole is compared with the actual hole drilling trajectory feedback of precise hole forming technology,the difference is extremely small,it can ensure the drainage effect of the borehole without the need for hole patching optimization.
