摘  要:为了探讨不同氧化起始温度对高瓦斯自燃煤层煤自燃特性的影响,利用煤自燃特性综合测试系统,#对15煤层煤样在不同起始温度(20~40℃)至70℃的低温氧化过程中的耗氧情况进行了测试。实验结果表明:起始氧化温度对煤在缓慢氧化阶段的氧化特性影响显著,起始氧化温度越高,耗氧量及耗氧速率越大,产热升温速率也越快。此外,随着温度的升高,CO浓度持续增加,且高起始氧化温度煤样释放的CO浓度更多。在20~40℃的温度区间内,煤的活性基团消耗较多,影响后续反应的活性,起始温度较高的煤在这温度区间表现出更高的氧化活性。随着起始氧化温度的升高,煤的交叉点温度降低,表明煤的氧化反应更容易达到自燃的临界点。这一现象对于评估煤的自燃风险和制定相应的安全措施具有重要意义。In order to investigate the influence of different oxidation initial temperatures on the coal spontaneous combustion characteristics of high gas spontaneous combustion coal seams,a coal spontaneous combustion#characteristics comprehensive testing system is used to test the oxygen consumption situation of coal samples from the 15 coal seam during low-temperature oxidation processes at different initial temperatures(20-40℃)to 70℃.The experimental results show that the initial oxidation temperature has a significant impact on the oxidation characteristics of coal in the slow oxidation stage.The higher the initial oxidation temperature,the greater the oxygen consumption amount and oxygen consumption rate,and the faster the heat production and heating rate.In addition,as the temperature increases,the concentration of CO continues to increase,and coal samples with high initial oxidation temperatures release more CO concentration.In the temperature range of 20-40℃,the active groups of coal are consumed more,which affects the activity of subsequent reactions.Coal with relatively high initial temperature exhibits higher oxidation activity in this temperature range.As the initial oxidation temperature increases,the cross point temperature of coal decreases,indicating that the oxidation reaction of coal is more likely to reach the critical point of spontaneous combustion.This phenomenon is of great significance for evaluating the risk of coal spontaneous combustion and developing corresponding safety measures.
