摘 要:针对鸡西矿区瓦斯赋存复杂、高瓦斯且具煤与瓦斯突出危险性的状况,以平岗煤矿14号煤层工作面为研究对象,从回采工作面通风能力、防突需求及资源利用等角度,论证了瓦斯抽放的必要性。该煤层透气性系数低,钻孔瓦斯流量衰减系数波动,直接抽采难度大。通过应用水力压裂、深孔控制预裂爆破等强化抽放技术,以及对邻近层和采空区瓦斯的有效抽放,显著提升了瓦斯抽采效率。结合交叉钻孔抽放和高压水射流割缝等综合技术,瓦斯抽采效率提高40%以上,事故发生率降低60%。该研究为低透气性煤层群瓦斯治理提供了科学依据,不仅对平岗煤矿的安全生产和高效开采具有重要意义,也为类似矿区的瓦斯治理提供了技术参考。In response to the complex gas occurrence,high gas content,and the risk of coal and gas outbursts in the Jixi mining area,taking the No.14 coal seam working face of Pinggang Coal Mine as the research object,the necessity of gas drainage was demonstrated from the perspectives of ventilation capacity,outburst prevention requirements,and resource utilization of the mining face.The permeability coefficient of this coal seam is low,and the attenuation coefficient of drilling gas flow fluctuates,making direct extraction difficult.By applying enhanced drainage techniques such as hydraulic fracturing and deep hole controlled pre splitting blasting,as well as effective drainage of gas from adjacent layers and goaf areas,the gas extraction efficiency has been significantly improved.By combining cross drilling and high-pressure water jet cutting techniques,the gas extraction efficiency has been improved by over 40%,and the accident rate has been reduced by 60%.This study provides a scientific basis for gas control in low-permeability coal seam groups,which is not only of great significance for the safe production and efficient mining of Pinggang Coal Mine,but also provides technical reference for gas control in similar mining areas.
