摘 要:为解决选煤设备的设计效率和质量问题,基于SolidWorks二次开发平台,构建了一套选煤设备参数化设计系统。该系统采用C/S架构,包含参数输入、特征提取、模型生成和有限元分析等核心模块,通过改进的卷积神经网络算法实现特征识别,应用遗传算法优化筛箱结构,并引入功能梯度材料提升性能。以ZK1548直线振动筛为例,系统实现了快速参数化建模,通过优化设计,激振轴最大应力降低至44.64MPa,筛箱最大位移减小至0.9mm,质量减轻10%。To address the design efficiency and quality issues of coal preparation equipment,a set of parametric design system for coal preparation equipment is constructed based on the SolidWorks secondary development platform.This system adopts C/S architecture,which includes core modules such as parameter input,feature extraction,model generation,finite element analysis and others.It achieves feature recognition through an improved convolutional neural network algorithm,optimizes the screen box structure using genetic algorithm,and introduces functionally gradient materials to improve performance.Taking the ZK1548 linear vibrating screen as an example,the system achieves rapid parametric modeling.Through optimization design,the maximum stress of the excitation axis is reduced to 44.64 MPa,and the maximum displacement of the screen box is reduced to 0.9 mm,resulting in a 10%reduction in volume.
