摘 要:针对矿井煤质变化带来的矸石排放问题,围绕东曲选煤厂TDS智能干选机在煤矿排矸系统中的应用与优化进行深入研究,分析设备的技术参数、系统布局的改进以及排矸工艺的优化等一系列内容,提出TDS智能干选机系统化改造方案,实现排矸流程的优化以及分选技术的集成化应用。研究表明,通过采用X射线辐射检测与大数据分析技术,TDS智能干选机实现了高精度的煤矸分离,有效提高了排矸系统的效率。同时,系统在分选精度、带煤率以及经济效益方面表现优异。年均回收原煤为1.09万t,带来了294.3万元的经济效益,维护成本降低了30%。In response to the problem of gangue discharge caused by changes in coal quality in mines,an in-depth study is conducted on the application and optimization of TDS intelligent dry sorting machine in the coal mine gangue discharge system of Dongqu Coal Preparation Plant.A series of content such as the technical parameters of the equipment,the improvement of the system layout,the optimization of the gangue discharge process and others are analyzed,and a systematic transformation scheme for TDS intelligent dry sorting machine is proposed to achieve the optimization of the gangue discharge process and the integrated application of sorting technology.The research shows that by adopting X-ray radiation detection and big data analysis technology,TDS intelligent dry sorting machine achieves high-precision coal gangue separation,effectively improving the efficiency of the gangue discharge system.At the same time,the system performs excellently in aspects of sorting accuracy,coal carrying rate,and economic benefits.The average annual recovery of raw coal is 10900 t,bringing an economic benefit of 2.943 million yuan and reducing maintenance costs by 30%.
