摘 要:针对矿山救援工作面临的新形势,矿山救援队伍在管理、技术与装备方面存在救援人员专业素质不足、训练体系不科学、装备老旧、演练欠缺实战性等问题,基于应急管理理论和现代救援技术方法,提出了提升救援能力的具体措施:一是加强队伍素质建设,提升人员的专业技能与应急响应能力;二是采用科学化的训练模式,提升实战效率;三是更新救援装备,确保技术先进性与实用性;四是强化演练,模拟真实救援场景以提升应变能力。通过实施这些措施,矿山救援队伍的整体战斗力显著增强,应急响应速度与效率明显提高,为矿山企业的安全生产提供了坚实保障。In response to the new situation faced by mine rescue work,there are problems in aspects of management,technology,and equipment of mine rescue teams,such as insufficient professional quality of rescue personnel,unscientific training system,outdated equipment,lack of practicality in drills and so on.Based on emergency management theory and modern rescue technology methods,specific measures are proposed to enhance rescue capabilities:firstly,strengthening the construction of team quality,improving personnel's professional skills and emergency response capabilities;Secondly,adopting a scientific training mode to enhance actual combat efficiency;Thirdly,updating the rescue equipment to ensure technological advancement and practicality;Fourthly,strengthening drills,simulating real rescue scenarios to improve strain capabilities.Through the implementation of these measures,the overall combat effectiveness of mine rescue teams is significantly enhanced,and the speed and efficiency of emergency response are significantly improved,providing a solid guarantee for safety production of mine enterprises.
