摘　　要：针对新疆准东二矿基本建设期间机电设备安装过程中人员配备、施工组织、机具配备、技术素质等方面存在的问题,主要从“人、机、环、管”等方面梳理了影响工程施工的制约因素,并通过具体实际案例剖析产生问题的根本原因,结合当前煤矿机电设备安装工程特点,提出了针对性措施与方案。在当前煤矿机电设备更新换代频繁、专业技术人员短缺的情况下,为探索一套相适应的创新管理体系,实现矿井高质量、可持续发展提供了可靠依据。In view of the existing problems in aspects such as personnel allocation,construction organization,equipment allocation,technical quality and others during the installation process of mechanical and electrical equipments during the basic construction period of Xinjiang Zhundong No.2 Mine,this article mainly sorts out the constraining factors that affect the engineering construction from the aspects of"personnel,machinery,environment,and management",etc,and analyzes the root causes of the problems through specific practical cases.Combined with the engineering characteristics of the current coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment installation,targeted measures and schemes are proposed.Under the current situation of frequent updates and replacements of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipments,as well as a shortage of professional and technical personnel,this provides a reliable basis for exploring a set of suitable innovation management system and achieving high-quality and sustainable development of the mine.
