摘 要:比较了黏胶纤维与亚麻混纺织物化学溶解定量分析方法 GB/T 2910.22—2009、AATCC TM20A—2021e的异同,并采用两个标准对14种不同比例的黏胶纤维与亚麻混纺面料进行了纤维成分分析。结果表明:对于浅色织物,40℃甲酸/氯化锌法、70℃甲酸/氯化锌法和59.5%硫酸法3种方法定量分析的差值在1%以内,两个标准的结果差异很小;对于深色织物,用40℃甲酸/氯化锌法、70℃甲酸/氯化锌法与59.5%硫酸法差值在3%以内,两个标准的结果存在一定差异。The differences and similarities of GB/T 2910.22—2009 and AATCC TM20A—2021e methods for chemical dissolution quantitative analysis of viscose fiber and flax blended fabric were compared,and the fiber components of 14 kinds of viscose fiber and flax blended fabric were analyzed according to the two standards.The results showed that for light colored fabrics,the difference among 40 ℃ formic acid/zinc chloride,70 ℃ formic acid/zinc chloride and 59.5% sulfuric acid method was less than 1%,and the difference between the two test standards was very small.For dark colored fabrics,the difference among 40 ℃ formic acid/zinc chloride method,70 ℃ formic acid/zinc chloride method and 59.5% sulfuric acid method was less than 3%,and the test results of the two standards were different.
