摘 要:针对目前羽绒水分率测试周期长、仪器移动性差等问题,研究了红外干燥快速测试羽绒羽毛水分含量方法,以及测试的干燥温度、样品质量、质量偏差等影响因素。试验发现,在103℃、羽绒4 g、羽毛8 g的条件下,测试结果最优。在该条件下,羽绒平均水分率为11.68%,相对标准偏差为1.69%,羽毛平均水分率为11.37%,相对标准偏差为2.96%。通过对比八篮烘箱法与红外干燥快速法发现,两种方法具有一致性。According to the problems of long testing period,poor mobility of instrument,the fast testing of down moisture content by infrared drying was carried out and the influencing factors of drying temperature,sample mass and mass deviation were studied.Under these conditions,the average moisture content of down was 11.68%,with a relative standard deviation of 1.69%;the average moisture content of feathers was 11.37%,with a relative standard deviation of 2.96%.Comparing the eight-basket oven method with the infrared drying rapid method,it was found that the two methods had good consistency.
