摘  要:随着当前城市中骑行活动的增加,居民对骑行环境品质,尤其是安全性的要求不断提升。提高骑行环境安全性,需要深入理解影响骑行安全感知的因素,以武汉市主城区高密度住区的骑行环境为例,基于骑行者视角自采集街景图像,借助计算机视觉和街景感知问卷调查获取骑行环境数据以及居民安全感知数据。通过构建混合效应有序逻辑回归模型分析骑行视觉安全感知的影响因素及其作用机制,发现不同类型骑行场景的安全感知存在显著差异,同一因素的影响作用在不同类型的骑行场景中表现出明显的差异。在自行车道建设较好的条件下,骑行安全感知主要受绿视率、天空开敞度等环境因素的影响,在自行车道建设较差的条件下,个体差异的影响更加明显。基于结果针对不同类型骑行环境提出改善建议,为高密度住区骑行环境建设与安全性提升提供指引。Cycling plays a vital role in reducing carbon emissions from urban transportation and improving residents'physical and mental well-being.A safe cycling environment is a fundamental prerequisite to encourage residents to choose green travel.It requires a deep understanding of influencing factors of cycling safety driving to improve the cycling environment's safety.High-density residential areas are important places for cycling activities in urban areas.In this study,three typical high-density residential areas in the main urban area of Wuhan City were chosen as the research samples.Multiple mixed-effect ordinal models were built by the self-collected cycling street view data and questionnaire surveys.The influencing factors of visual cycling safety perception and their action mechanisms were analyzed from the perspectives of the environment and individuals.First,the cycling routes were designed within the selected districts,and a GoPro camera was mounted on a bicycle to record street-view videos from the cyclist's perspective.One image was extracted every 20 m using the GPS trajectory embedded in the videos.Computer vision technology was employed for panoptic segmentation of all extracted images.The environmental elements were identified,and indexes like a green view index and enclosure degree were calculated.Second,100 representative images were selected according to the calculated results of indicators and the types and colors of cycle paths for the questionnaire survey of cycling environmental safety perception.The scores of 588 respondents to cycling safety perception in images and their personal information(e.g.,age,gender,and daily cycling behaviors)were collected in the questionnaire.A joint analysis of environmental data in images and questionnaire data was carried out.Considering the nested nature of data,some mixed-effect ordinal models were built to analyze the influences of individual and environmental factors on cycling safety perception.Additionally,models were built for five types of cycling scenari
