摘　　要：在企业追求成本优化与全栈人才培养的背景下,市场对后端开发者核心能力的需求日益凸显。然而,当前教学中实践与理论融合不足、学生实战能力薄弱,加之严峻的就业形势,市场对高素质技术人才提出了更高要求。文章基于企业项目案例,构建后端开发核心能力模型,以此为指导设计基于HIS的智慧医疗电子病历与多学科会诊协同系统,旨在为提升开发者能力、优化教学及培养高素质技术人才提供有价值的实践参考。In the context of enterprises pursuing cost optimization and full-stack talent training,the market’s demand for the core competence requirements of back-end developers is becoming increasingly prominent.However,because of the current lack of integration of practice and theory in teaching,the weak practical ability of students in projects,coupled with the severe employment situation,the market has put forward higher requirements for high-quality technical talents.Based on enterprise project cases,this paper constructs a back-end development core competence model,and uses it as a guide to design a smart medical electronic medical record and multidisciplinary consultation collaboration system based on HIS,aiming to provide valuable practical references for improving developer capabilities,optimizing teaching,and cultivating high-quality technical talents.
