摘 要:基于泾渭河控制站高含沙洪水资料分析,提出了基于河流控制断面径流和输沙之间均衡关系的水沙关系概念,探讨了瞬时水沙关系曲线、逐日短历时水沙关系曲线、年及场次洪水水沙关系曲线的幂函数表达形式。从水沙运动与河床冲淤响应的角度,说明了来沙系数是水沙过程含沙量与流量大小的对比关系这一物理意义,提出了基于水沙运动与河床冲淤响应的水沙关系协调性判定方法,并利用水沙协调度指标反映其协调性程度。提出了构建高含沙洪水及河道监测分析体系、制定水沙调控调度预案、建立规范有效的运作机制等高含沙洪水防御措施建议。Based on the data analysis of floods with hyper-concentration at the control hydrological stations in Jinghe and Weihe rivers,the concept of water-sediment relationship based on the equilibrium relationship be-tween the runoff and the sediment transport at river control sections is proposed,and the power function ex-pressions of instantaneous,daily short-duration,annual and floods water-sediment relationship curves has been further explored.From the perspective of the influence of water-sediment movement and riverbed evolution re-sponse,it is also explained the incoming sediment coefficient reflects the physical significance of the compara-tive relationship between the sediment concentration and flowrate in the water-sediment process,a method for judging the coordination of the water-sediment relationship is proposed,which is used to explain the degree of water-sediment coordination.In addition,suggestions for the defense of floods with hyper-concentration have been put forward,which include the construction of a monitoring and analysis system for floods with hyper-con-centration and river channels,the formulation of a water-sediment control plan,the standardized and effective operation mechanism.
