宁蒙河段平滩流量变化过程及其与水沙条件的关系

摘　　要：采用实测资料分析的方法,研究了黄河上游宁蒙河段平滩流量变化过程及其与水沙条件的关系。研究结果表明:1986年后,黄河上游龙羊峡水库与刘家峡水库联合调控运用,宁蒙河段年水量和汛期水量有所减小,年沙量和汛期沙量大幅度减小,洪峰流量削减严重,发生洪水的几率明显降低。水沙过程的变化必然会影响宁蒙河段河床演变过程,宁蒙河段平滩流量由20世纪60年代中期的3 600~5 800 m^(3)/s减小到目前的1 900~4 000 m^(3)/s。建立的宁蒙河段平滩流量和水沙条件的响应关系表明,宁蒙河段平滩流量随汛期水量的增大而增大,随汛期来沙系数的增大而减小。Based on measured data,the variation of bank-full discharge and its relationship with flow and sedi-ment conditions in flood season of Ningxia-Inner Mongolia Reach has been analyzed.The results show that:with the joint regulation and operation of Longyangxia reservoir and Liujiaxia reservoir in the Upper Yellow River after 1986.The annual and flood seasonal runoff decrease,and annual and flood seasonal sediment de-crease by a large margin,the peak discharge is also severely reduced,the chance of flooding is significantly reduced.The variation of flow and sediment affects the channel evolution in Ningxia-Inner Mongolia Reach consequently,the bank-full discharge has dropped from 3600~5800 m^(3)/s in the mid-1960s to 1900~4000 m^(3)/s nowadays.According to the established relationship between bank-full discharge and flow and sediment conditions in flood seasons,the bank-full discharge increases with the increase of water quantity,with the de-crease of the incoming sediment coefficient in flood seasons.
