基于数据挖掘的中药内服治疗功能性消化不良的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的探讨功能性消化不良(FD)内服中药的药物应用规律。方法通过中国知网、万方以及维普等数据库检索建库至2024年1月的FD内服中医处方药剂的研究文献,对所用中药信息进行整理,通过古今医案云平台系统分析处方中的药物应用规律(应用频次、性味、归经等),并行聚类和复杂网络分析。结果研究共纳入115篇文献(115首处方),涉及的中医证型主要是肝胃不和;所有处方包含132味中药。应用频次≥35次的中药15味,以甘草居于首位(118次);温性、平性及寒性中药的应用频次最高;应用频次居于前三的是辛味、苦味及甘味中药;从用药归经看,主要是脾经、胃经及肺经;通过关联分析,共得到10组关联组合药物,白术—甘草、党参—白术、党参—甘草居于前三;聚类分析得到3大类方;复杂网络分析,甘草、白术、茯苓、党参和柴胡等为核心药物。结论FD中医病机主要是肝胃不和、脾胃虚弱,宜以柴胡疏肝散作为基础方辨证加减治疗。Objective To investigate the regularities of herbal medicine usage in the oral treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods To conduct a data-driven analysis of Chinese herbal medicine usage patterns in the treatment of functional dyspepsia based on a comprehensive literature search from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP databases.The"Gujin Yi′an Cloud Platform"will be utilized to perform cluster and complex network analysis on the extracted herbal data,providing insights into the frequency,properties,and relationships of the herbs used.Results A total of 115 articles(115 prescriptions)were included in this study,with the predominant Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome being liver-stomach disharmony.The prescriptions comprised a total of 132 herbal medicines.Among these,15 herbs were used with a frequency of 35 times or more,with licorice being the most frequently used(118 times).Warm,neutral,and cold herbs were used most frequently.Herbs with pungent,bitter,and sweet tastes were the top three in terms of usage frequency.In terms of meridian tropism,the spleen,stomach,and lung meridians were the most commonly targeted.Correlation analysis yielded 10 groups of associated herbal pairs,with Atractylodes macrocephala-licorice,Codonopsis pilosula-Atractylodes macrocephala,and Codonopsis pilosula-licorice being the top three.Cluster analysis resulted in three major categories of prescriptions.Complex network analysis revealed licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Codonopsis pilosula,and Bupleurum chinense as the core herbs.Conclusion The results of this study indicate that Chaihu Shugan San and its modified formulas could be effective in treating functional dyspepsia,particularly in patients with liver-stomach disharmony and spleen-stomach deficiency patterns.
