摘　　要：目的建立钠—葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2(SGLT-2)抑制剂治疗2型糖尿病临床综合评价指标体系,确定体系内各指标权重,为SGLT-2抑制剂的遴选与临床使用提供参考依据。方法在文献系统评价分析基础上,通过两轮德尔菲专家咨询法构建SGLT-2抑制剂治疗2型糖尿病临床综合评价指标,并通过层次分析法确定指标权重。结果两轮咨询的专家积极系数分别为100.00%和94.73%,专家权威系数均>70%,总体指标的专家协调系数分别为0.235、0.264(P<0.001)。经两轮咨询后,构建的综合评价指标包括6个一级指标和30个二级指标,其中一级指标有效性、安全性、经济性、适宜性、可及性及创新性,采用层次分析法确定的权重分别为0.3033、0.3217、0.1021、0.1348、0.0884和0.0428。结论本研究建立了SGLT-2抑制剂治疗2型糖尿病临床综合评价指标体系,对医疗机构SGLT-2抑制剂遴选及临床使用有重要意义。Objective To establish a comprehensive clinical evaluation index system of sodium-glucose cotransporter 2(SGLT-2)inhibitors in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and determine the weights of each index in the system,so as to provide a reference for the selection and clinical use of SGLT-2 inhibitors.Methods On the basis of systematic review and analysis of literature,two rounds of delphi expert consultation method were used to construct clinical comprehensive evaluation indicators of SGLT-2 inhibitors in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and the weights of indicators were determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results The expert positive coefficient of the two rounds of consultation were 100.00%and 94.73%,the expert authority coefficient were all>70%,and the expert coordination coefficient of the overall index were 0.235 and 0.264(P<0.001).After two rounds of consultation,the constructed comprehensive evaluation indicators include 6 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators,among which the first-level indicators are effectiveness,safety,economy,suitability,accessibility and innovation,and the weights determined by AHP were 0.3033,0.3217,0.1021,0.1348,0.0884 and 0.0428.Conclusion This study established a clinical comprehensive evaluation index system for SGLT-2 inhibitors in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is of great significance for the selection and clinical application of SGLT-2 inhibitors in medical institutions.
