摘 要:文章系统分析了皮革企业生产加工过程中废水的来源、成分及其环境污染特征,并探讨了相应的治理对策。研究表明,皮革企业废水具有水量大、污染负荷高、成分复杂等特点,主要来源于鞣前、鞣制和鞣后三个阶段,其中鞣前阶段废水污染负荷占比高达60%。针对含硫废水等复杂污染物,可采用化学沉淀法、混凝沉淀法等技术进行治理,同时结合“水解+好氧生化(CAST)+生物脱氮技术”等绿色工艺,从源头减少废水排放。此外,通过推动产业转型升级、优化生产流程、引入清洁生产理念及循环经济模式,可有效提升废水治理效率,降低环境污染。文章为皮革企业废水治理提供了理论依据和实践指导,对实现行业可持续发展具有重要意义。This paper systematically analyzes the sources,composition,and environmental pollution characteristics of wastewater generated during the production and processing of leather enterprises,and explores corresponding treatment strategies.The research shows that leather enterprise wastewater is characterized by large volume,high pollution load,and complex composition,primarily originating from the pre-tanning,tanning,and post-tanning stages,with the pre-tanning stage contributing up to 60%of the pollution load.For complex pollutants such as sulfur-containing wastewater,technologies such as chemical precipitation and coagulation precipitation can be employed,combined with green processes like"hydrolysis+aerobic biochemical(CAST)+biological denitrification"to reduce wastewater discharge at the source.Additionally,by promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,optimizing production processes,and adopting clean production concepts and circular economy models,the efficiency of wastewater treatment can be significantly improved,reducing environmental pollution.This paper provides theoretical and practical guidance for wastewater treatment in leather enterprises,contributing to the sustainable development of the industry.
