摘 要:芬顿法作为一种主要的高级氧化法,被广泛应用于处理各种难降解废水。然而,传统常温芬顿法对含有大量PVA废水的化学需氧量(COD)去除率很难达到60%以上,通常是增加絮凝工序以增加去除率。为了提高芬顿法对含有大量PVA废水的COD去除率,研究采用了高温芬顿法处理蕾丝面料上浆PVA废水,研究了双氧水和硫酸亚铁的用量以及反应温度对主要污染因子COD去除率的影响。实验结果表明,废水的COD去除率随着温度的升高和双氧水、硫酸亚铁的用量的增加而增加。27%H_(2)O_(2)投加量190000 ppm、2%Fe SO_(4)投加量240000 ppm,总反应时间280 min,反应温度90℃时,COD去除率可达90%以上。采用高温芬顿法处理蕾丝面料上浆PVA废水显著提高了废水COD率,具有较好的应用价值。As a major advanced oxidation method,the Fenton method is widely used in the treatment of various refractory wastewaters.However,it is difficult for the traditional room temperature Fenton method to remove more than 60%of the chemical oxygen demand(COD)of wastewater containing a large amount of PVA,and the flocculation process is usually increased to increase the removal rate.In order to improve the COD removal rate of PVA wastewater containing a large amount of PVA by the Fenton method,the high-temperature Fenton method was used to treat the sizing PVA wastewater of lace fabrics,and the effects of the dosage of hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate and the reaction temperature on the COD removal rate of the main polluting factors were studied.The experimental results showed that the COD removal rate of wastewater increased with the increase of temperature and the increase of hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate.The COD removal rate was more than 90%when the dosage of 27%H_(2)O_(2)was 190000 ppm and the dosage of 2%FeSO_(4)was 240000 ppm,the total reaction time was 280 min,and the reaction temperature was 90℃.The high-temperature Fenton method was used to treat PVA wastewater from lace fabric sizing,which significantly improved the COD rate of wastewater,and had good application value.
