摘  要:梭织羽绒服作为冬季保暖服饰的代表,其保暖性能和环保特性备受关注。文章系统探讨了梭织羽绒服的保暖原理、市场需求、填充材料的性能与环境影响,以及可持续发展设计。研究表明,羽绒的独特结构及其蓬松度是梭织羽绒服保暖性能的核心,而面料透气性、缝线密度和结构设计也对其保暖效果产生重要影响。随着消费者对环保和个性化需求的提升,梭织羽绒服市场正朝着可持续性和功能化方向发展。文章还对比了羽绒与合成纤维填充材料的性能及环境影响,指出合成纤维在环保和成本方面的优势。最后,文章提出了在设计中融入环保理念、使用回收材料、优化生产工艺等可持续发展策略,为梭织羽绒服行业的绿色转型提供了理论依据和实践参考。Woven down jackets,as a representative of winter insulation attire,have attracted considerable attention for their thermal performance and environmental characteristics.This paper systematically explores the thermal principles of woven down jackets,market demand,the performance and environmental impact of filling materials,as well as sustainable design practices.The study reveals that the unique structure and loft of down are central to the thermal performance of woven down jackets,while fabric breathability,seam density,and structural design also significantly influence their insulating effect.With the growing consumer demand for environmental sustainability and personalization,the woven down jacket market is advancing towards sustainability and functionality.The paper further compares the performance and environmental impact of down and synthetic fiber filling materials,highlighting the advantages of synthetic fibers in terms of environmental friendliness and cost-efficiency.Finally,the paper proposes sustainable development strategies,such as incorporating eco-friendly concepts into design,using recycled materials,and optimizing production processes,providing both theoretical foundation and practical reference for the green transformation of the woven down jacket industry.
