摘　　要：铁是生命活动中重要的微量元素之一,铁代谢异常会增加许多骨骼疾病的发病率,尤其是骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)。铁代谢在骨稳态中起着关键作用,铁过载可引起破骨细胞(osteoclast,OC)数量和活性提高,同时对成骨细胞(osteoblast,OB)有抑制作用,导致OC/OB比例失调,最终引起OP。中医学认为“瘀毒”是OP病理基础,“瘀毒”与铁过载具有相似性和内在联系,“瘀毒”理论从宏观层面参与OP辨治,铁过载从微观层面调控OP的发生发展,两者贯穿疾病始终,对OP的发病机制与诊治具有重要意义。本文以“瘀毒”理论解读铁过载在骨质疏松症中的作用,以期为临床研究及基础研究提供新的思路,为中西医结合防治OP提供新思考。Iron is one of the important trace elements in life activities.Abnormal iron metabolism may increase the incidence of many bone diseases,especially osteoporosis(OP).Iron metabolism plays a key role in bone homeostasis.Iron overload increases the amount and activity of osteoclast(OC)and inhibits osteoblast(OB),Results ing in OC/OB imbalance and eventually OP.It is believed in traditional Chinese medicine that stasis toxin is the pathological basis of OP,and stasis toxin and iron overload have similarities and internal links.Stasis toxin theory participates in the differentiation and treatment of OP from the macro level,while iron overload regulates the occurrence and development of OP from the micro level,both of which run through the disease and are of great significance for the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of OP.In this paper,the role of iron overload in osteoporosis is interpreted based on the theory of stasis and poison,in order to provide new ideas for clinical research and basic research,and to provide new thinking for the prevention and treatment of OP by combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
