摘 要:糖尿病性骨质疏松症(diabetic osteoporosis,DOP)是一种由高糖继发的骨组织结构和骨代谢紊乱的疾病,通常表现为骨密度下降、骨脆性增加等。最新研究发现,程序性细胞死亡(programmed cell death,PCD)在DOP病理过程中起关键作用,包括细胞凋亡、坏死性凋亡、焦亡、自噬、铁死亡等。本文将概述不同类型PCD参与DOP发展的潜在作用机制。此外,中药有效活性成分具有较强的抗氧化等特性,广泛应用于DOP临床治疗。本文进一步揭示中药治疗DOP潜在药物靶点,为中药防治DOP提供新的研究方向。Diabetic osteoporosis(DOP)is a bone disorder result ing from high glucose levels,characterized by decreased bone density and increased fragility.Recent research has identified programmed cell death(PCD)as a key player in the pathological process of DOP,including apoptosis,necroptosis,pyroptosis,autophagy,ferroptosis etc.This review outlines the potential mechanisms of different types of PCD involved in the development of DOP.Additionally,traditional Chinese medicine contains active components with strong antioxidant properties that are widely used for clinical treatment of DOP.This review further reveals potential drug targets for TCM treatment of DOP and provides new research directions for TCM prevention and treatment.
