摘　　要：绿色施工理念作为建筑行业可持续发展的重要方向,正逐步改变传统的施工组织设计模式。在日益严格的环保要求和资源节约压力下,施工企业需要从投标阶段开始就融入绿色施工的思想和方法。笔者探讨了绿色施工理念下的施工组织设计编制策略,旨在为施工企业提高投标竞争力和项目环境效益提供参考。As an important direction for the sustainable development of the construction industry,the concept of green construction is gradually changing the traditional construction organization design mode.Under the pressure of increasingly strict environmental protection requirements and resource conservation,construction enterprises need to integrate the ideas and methods of green construction from the bidding stage.The author discusses the strategy of construction organization design under the concept of green construction,aiming to provide reference for construction enterprises to improve bidding competitiveness and project environmental benefits.
