6-BA激素处理结合变温层积对大百合种子生理指标的影响

摘  要:以大百合种子为试验材料,对其进行6-BA激素处理结合变温层积试验,并测定6-BA激素处理结合变温层积后大百合种子的生理指标。结果表明,在变温层积过程中,可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量和可溶性蛋白含量呈先下降后上升再呈下降的趋势;对比空白对照的种子和层积90 d加入50 mg/L 6-BA浸泡24 h的种子得出,激素处理过的种子这3个生理指标均比空白对照下降的幅度大,说明层积90 d加入50 mg/L6-BA浸泡24 h处理能加快种子内部可溶性糖、淀粉和可溶性蛋白的消耗,为其生命活动提供物质能量,促使种子尽快解除休眠,以促进种子萌发。This study investigated alternating temperature stratification and 6-BA treatment on Cardiocrinum giganteum seed.Physiological indexes of Lilium macrocephala seeds were determined after combined 6-BA hormone and variable temperature stratification.During the stratification process,their contents of soluble sugar,starch and protein all declined and then rebounded during alternating temperature stratification.By comparing the seeds in the blank control group and the seeds which were soaked in 6-BA 50 mg/L for 24 hours after being stratified for 90 days,it was found that the three physical indexes of the seeds treated by hormone are significantly lower than those of the seeds in the blank control group.This indicates that the seeds soaked in 6-BA 50 mg/L for 24 hours after being stratified for 90 days are able to break dormancy and sprout more quickly.
