新质生产力赋能农民自由全面发展的理论机理、掣肘因素与破解路径

摘　　要：新质生产力为农民的自由全面发展创造了条件,而农民的自由全面发展会推动新质生产力向更高水平迈进,二者相互促进、辩证统一。研究着眼于新质生产力对农民自由全面发展的作用机制,深入阐述新质生产力推动农民自由全面发展的理论机理,梳理我国农村发展中产业结构调整、科技创新水平、基础服务设施建设、农民主体意识等掣肘因素,从调整农村产业结构、提高创新水平、完善基础服务设施、培育主体意识等维度提出新质生产力赋能农民自由全面发展的方法路径。New-quality productivity creates conditions for farmers'free and well-rounded de⁃velopment.Conversely,farmers'free and comprehensive development promotes the new-quality pro⁃ductivity to a higher level,with the two mutually enhancing and unifying each other.Frist,this article focuses on the mechanism by which the new-quality productivity promotes farmers'free develop⁃ment,and elaborates on the theoretical mechanism by which it facilitates the free and comprehensive development of people.Second,it analyzes the problems existing in the adjustment of industrial struc⁃ture,the level of technological innovation,the construction of basic service infrastructure,and peas⁃ants'subjective consciousness in the development of rural areas in China.Finaly,it proposes ap⁃proaches and paths for enabling farmers'free and comprehensive development through the newquality productivity.
