上海总工会组织机构百年发展历程与经验启示——兼论党对工人运动领导权的形成、主导与巩固

摘　　要：在中华全国总工会、上海总工会成立百年之际,系统梳理上海总工会组织机构百年发展历程,进而以此为视角探讨党对工人运动领导权形成、主导与巩固的进路和历史特征,具有学术价值与实践意义。从新民主主义革命时期的上海总工会、上海工会联合会、上海工人救国会、上海工人救亡协会、上海工人协会,到新中国成立后恢复上海总工会、更名上海市工会联合会,再到上海市总工会,上海总工会组织机构历经百年发展变迁。在上海总工会组织机构百年发展的历史过程中,中国共产党作为工人阶级政党,始终把坚持党对工人运动的领导权作为党执政的重要基石,贯穿于党的发展建设、工会发展建设全过程。On the centenary of the founding of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions,this paper systematically reviews the centennial development of the organizational structure of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions,combining the dimensions of the CPC’s leadership in the formation,dominance,and consolidation of the workers’movement.This review holds academic value and practical significance.From the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions,the Shanghai Workers’National Salvation Association,the Shanghai Union Salvation Association,and the Shanghai Workers’Association during the New Democratic Revolution period,to the restoration of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions during the Republic of China,its renaming to the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions,and ultimately to the current Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions,the organization has undergone a century of development and transformation.Throughout the historical process of the development of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions’organizational structure,the CPC as a working-class political party in China,has always insisted on maintaining the CPC’s leadership over the workers’movement as a crucial cornerstone of its governance.This principle has been integral to the CPC’s development and construction,as well as the development and construction of trade unions.
