摘　　要：深化产业工人队伍建设改革,是进一步全面深化改革的重要组成部分,是推进中国式现代化建设的必然要求。聚焦深化产业工人队伍建设改革,与会者探讨了产业工人队伍建设改革的路径与经验,分析了新一轮科技革命和产业变革给产业工人队伍建设改革带来的现实挑战,提出落实深化产业工人队伍建设改革部署,要以培养工匠人才为引领,从完善技能形成体系、畅通职业发展通道、维护劳动经济权益、激发创新创造活力、健全法治保障等关键环节推动实践创新。Deepening the reform of industrial workforce development is a crucial component of further deepening the reform in a comprehensive manner and an inevitable requirement for promoting the construction of the Chinese path to modernization.Focusing on deepening the reform of industrial workforce development,the participants discussed the approaches and lessons learned from the reform,analyzed the challenges posed by the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial changes to the reform of industrial workers’workforce construction,and put forward that the implementation of the deepening of the reform of industrial workers’workforce construction should be led by cultivating skilled craftsmen,and promote practical innovations in such key aspects as perfecting the system of skill formation,smoothing career development channels,safeguarding the rights and interests of labor economy,stimulating innovation and creativity,and improving the rule of law.
