摘　　要：本研究聚焦烟叶分级环节,针对传统模式弊端,创新性地开展了移动式烟叶专业化分级项目。详细阐述其从项目筹备到实施各阶段的具体举措,以及通过严谨的数据采集与分析方法所获得的成果,包括烟叶质量提升、成本控制、效率增进等方面,并探讨了应对各类风险的策略,旨在为烟叶产业的现代化升级提供可借鉴的实践经验和理论依据。This study focuses on the tobacco leaf grading process.Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional model,a mobile specialized tobacco leaf grading project has been innovatively carried out.It elaborates in detail on the specific measures taken from the project preparation stage to the implementation stage,as well as the results obtained through rigorous data collection and analysis methods,including improvements in tobacco leaf quality,cost control,and efficiency enhancement.Moreover,strategies for dealing with various risks are discussed,aiming to provide practical experience and theoretical basis for the modernization upgrade of the tobacco leaf industry.
