摘  要:配备抽汽背压式汽轮机构成双机回热系统的机组增设平衡发电机和变流器后,可大大提升机组的运行经济性和灵活性,但也给机组的运行控制带来了较大的挑战。结合国内首台采用双机回热配平衡发电机的一次再热机组在基建调试过程中发生的几起变流器甩负荷事件,对比分析了MEH自动调节和小汽轮机进汽调门快关两种控制方式的利弊,通过研究变流器甩负荷过程中小汽轮机转速、给水流量等参数的变化趋势,优化完善了变流器甩负荷工况下的运行控制策略,提升了机组的运行可靠性,为后续新建的同类型机组的运行控制提供参考。The design of converter for units with dual-machine regenerative cycle system constituted by backpressure extraction steam turbine can improve the economy and flexibility greatly.Meanwhile,it also brings challenges to the operation and control of units.Dual-machine regenerative cycle system with balanced generator was firstly applied to single-reheat cycle units in a newly-built coal-fired power plant.The pros and cons of MEH automatic regulation and quick closedown of boiler feedwater pump turbine control valves are presented through analysis of several converter trip incidents occurred during commissioning stages.The variation trends of revolution speed of steam turbine and feedwater flow rate are analyzed.The optimization of converter load rejection control strategies is proposed.The operating reliability of units is effectively improved.The control strategies proposed can provide reference for units with same type.
