摘  要:磁粉检测技术广泛用于压力容器、压力管道等部件表面缺陷检验,但对于管座角焊缝等表面不规则部件检测,探头与工件接触不良,导致工件磁化效果不佳,影响缺陷检出率。通过有限元模型探究接触面积对检测漏磁场的影响,结果显示,随着磁轭触头与工件接触面积增加,缺陷处漏磁场增加,磁痕显示宽度增宽,能够有效增加磁痕肉眼辨识率和缺陷检出率,幷进行新型接触式磁轭探头的设计,采用伸缩式弹簧接触杆,球状接触面,适用于不同结构工件,与工件实现紧密结合,有效对缺陷实现检出。Magnetic powder detection technology is widely used for the surface defect inspection of pressure vessels,pressure pipes and other parts.However,when detecting irregular surface parts such as pipe seat corner welds,due to poor contact between the probe and the workpiece,it causes poor artifact magnetization effect,which affects the defect detection rate.It is analyzed by using a finite-element model,the results showed that the magnetic yoke contact with workpiece contact area increases,the defect leakage magnetic field increases,the magnetic mark display width broadening,it can effectively increase the magnetic mark of meat eye identification rate and defect detection rate to carry out the design of the new contact magnetic yoke probe,the use of telescopic spring contact rod,spherical contact surface,suitable for different structure of the workpiece,with the workpiece to achieve close combination,effective defect detection.
