摘　　要：针对某高温超高压煤粉工业锅炉项目,再热系统最大温升约70℃、最小温升约20℃的特殊供热机组参数,提出一种全新的高温超高压煤粉锅炉布置型式:只设置一级再热器,并将其布置在后竖井后烟道,再热汽温通过烟气挡板调节;不设置水平烟道,锅炉“背靠背”布置,墙式燃尽风布置型式;省煤器双烟道并联布置。布置型式紧凑、经济,锅炉效率高、排放低,此种锅炉结构可广泛应用。A new layout type of high-temperature and ultra-high pressure coal powder boiler is proposed for a certain high-temperature and ultra-high pressure industrial boiler project,which has a special heating unit parameter of a maximum temperature rise of about 70℃ and a minimum temperature rise of about 20℃ in the reheating system.Only the first stage reheater is installed and arranged in the rear flue of the rear shaft,and the reheat steam temperature is adjusted through the flue gas baffle;No horizontal flue is set,the boiler is arranged "back to back",and the wall type burnout air layout is adopted;Double flue parallel arrangement of the economizer.The layout is compact and economical,with high boiler efficiency and low emissions.This boiler structure can be widely used.
