摘  要:高参数的对冲燃烧锅炉水冷壁普遍存在高温腐蚀。以某600 MW超临界对冲燃烧锅炉为对象,依据水冷壁高温腐蚀机理,并结合锅炉实际的腐蚀状况,调整贴壁风、外二次风、煤粉细度以及风煤比,发现贴壁风对减弱还原性气氛有较为明显的作用。为有效地发挥贴壁风的作用,通过改造和试验得出不同运行氧量下的贴壁风挡板开度特性曲线。The water wall of high parameters opposed combustion boilers generally occur high temperature corrosion.Takes a 600MW supercritical opposed combustion boiler as an example,according to the high temperature corrosion mechanism of the water wall and the actual corrosion situation of the boiler,adjusts the closing-to-wall air,the external secondary air,the pulverized coal,and air coal ratio,finds that the closing-to-wall air obviously reduces the reductive atmosphere.To effectively utilize the effect of the closing-to-wall air,the characteristic curves of the closing-to-wall air baffles under different operating oxygen levels were obtained through transformation and experiments.
