摘 要:燃气汽轮机组中凝汽器作为热力循环“冷端”换热器,保持其冷却管真空是提升换热效果重要途径之一。针对传统清洗方法对凝汽器的除垢效果不稳定问题,提出一种采用小循环清洗装置与电磁脉冲加药清洗系统相结合的技术方案,实现凝汽器高效化学清洗。在某燃机进行凝汽器性能测试试验,测试凝汽器热负荷、水阻、凝汽器压力、传热系数和清洁系数等性能指标。实验结果表明:额定负荷下,凝汽器压力每降低1 kPa,汽轮机热耗率降低约0.66%,可以有效提高凝汽器换热效率,提升燃机经济性。The condenser in gas turbine units serves as the "cold end" heat exchanger of the thermodynamic cycle,and maintaining the vacuum of its cooling pipes is one of the important ways to improve heat transfer efficiency.Aiming at the unstable descaling effect of traditional cleaning methods on condensers,a technical solution combining a small circulation cleaning device with an electromagnetic pulse dosing cleaning system is proposed to achieve efficient chemical cleaning of condensers.Condenser performance test is conducted on a gas turbine to test performance indicators such as condenser heat load,water resistance,condenser pressure,heat transfer coefficient,and cleanliness coefficient.The experimental results show that under rated load,for every 1kPa decrease in condenser pressure,the heat consumption rate of the turbine decreases by about 0.66%,which can effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency of the condenser and enhance the economy of the gas turbine.
