摘 要:电火花加工的放电过程具有复杂性、随机性及高速性,目前极间放电观测系统常采用高速摄像的方式,系统成本和复杂性均较高,为实现更加直观的极间放电观测,满足常规的放电机理研究及加工过程演示,构建了一个简单实用且性价比高的电火花单脉冲放电观测试验系统。该系统由机械结构、电路系统和控制系统三部分组成。采用自制脉冲电源输出单次脉冲,装配精密位移台实现间隙的控制。放电时PC使能摄影机,同时向STM32单片机发送命令,实现放电与拍摄的同步。进行了不同放电间隙的凹坑对比、有效放电能量对材料蚀除影响和不同介质下的单脉冲放电工艺性试验,证明了该系统能有效对电火花单脉冲放电形成的蚀除坑规律进行观测研究,同时对于电火花放电的实时直观演示也十分有益。The discharge process of EDM is characterized by complexity,randomness and high speed.At present,the observation system of inter-electrode discharge often adopts the way of high speed camera,which has high system cost and complexity.In order to achieve more intuitive inter electrode discharge observation and meet the conventional discharge mechanism research and machining process demonstration,a simple,practical and cost-effective observation and test system for single pulse discharge of EDM is constructed.The system consists of three parts:mechanical structure,circuit system and control system.A self-made pulse power supply is used to output a single pulse,and a precise displacement table is installed to control the gap.When discharging,PC enables the camera and sends commands to STM32 MCU to realize the synchronization of discharging and shooting.The pitting comparison of different discharge gaps,the effect of effective discharge energy on material corrosion and the single pulse discharge technology test under different media are carried out.It is proved that the system can effectively observe and study the pitting rule of EDM single pulse discharge,and it is also highly beneficial for real-time visual demonstration of EDM discharge.
