摘  要:利用电弧锯加工锆合金-不锈钢模拟样件,收集蚀除颗粒并对其形状、尺寸及分布进行分析。分析结果表明,部分蚀除颗粒未经等离子体球化作用呈不规则的片状,经等离子体球化作用的熔融金属在表面张力的作用下呈球形或球壳形,并相互作用形成椭球形、链球形和凹球形的蚀除颗粒。颗粒主要成分为锆合金和不锈钢,部分颗粒中二者发生了融合。颗粒粒径近似呈正态分布,等效半径平均值为167.35μm,筛网筛选结果显示50目和100目筛网能筛选80%以上的蚀除颗粒,实际加工中应选择50目、100目和500目滤网对工作介质进行过滤。An arc saw was utilized to process zirconium alloy-stainless steel simulated samples,collection and analysis the shape,size,and distribution of the eroded particles.The results indicate that some eroded particles,not subjected to plasma spheroidization,are irregularly shaped flakes.Those that undergo plasma spheroidization form spherical or spherical shell shapes under surface tension and interact to form ellipsoidal,chain,and concave shapes.The particles are primarily made of zirconium alloy and stainless steel,with some particles exhibiting fusion of both materials.Particle size analysis reveals a near-normal distribution,with an average equivalent radius of 167.35μm.Sieve analysis demonstrates that 50 and 100 mesh sieves can filter over 80%of the eroded particles,suggesting the use of 50,100 and 500 mesh filters for the working medium in actual processing.
