摘 要:高频脉冲电源的矩形波形对于提高电解加工精度至关重要,而在常规大电流电解加工过程中,高频脉冲电源单电压矩形波上升缓慢,电流脉动效果得不到充分体现,限制了电解加工效率和精度的提升。为解决此问题,首先对高频脉冲电解加工单电压波形的机理进行了分析,提出了一种高频脉冲电解加工的双电压波形模型,并通过仿真和实际电路验证了效果。结果表明,双电压波形模型可显著加快高频脉冲电源的矩形波上升速度,提高电解加工电流的脉动效果,从而有效提升电解加工效率和精度。The rectangular waveform of high-frequency pulse power supply is crucial for improving the accuracy of electrochemical machining.However,in the conventional high current electrochemical machining process,the rise of the single voltage rectangular waveform of high-frequency pulse power supply becomes slow and the pulsating effect is not fully reflected,which limits the further improvement of electrochemical machining accuracy.In order to solve this problem,the mechanism of single voltage waveform in high-frequency pulse electrochemical machining was analyzed,and then a dual voltage waveform model for high-frequency pulse machining was proposed,and its effect was verified through simulation and actual circuit testing.The result showed that the dual voltage waveform model can significantly accelerate the rectangular wave rise speed of high-frequency pulse power supply,improve the pulsating effect of electrochemical machining current,and effectively enhance the efficiency and accuracy of electrochemical machining.
